All UK orders are used with Royal Mail and our standard shipping does not come with tracked or signed for. 

All UK shipping is FREE 

United Kingdom, Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days 

Rest of the world

Standard delivery: FREE when you spend £100 or over 

 £7- £12 depending on the weight and size of your order. 

Approximately:  1-2 weeks 

If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and tax once the order enters your country. Unfortunately we have no control over this and this is something you as the buyer are responsible for. Custom charges vary from country to country. 

We take great care to package your products safely and beautifully.

 99.9% of all our packaging is recyclable. 


I gladly except refunds or exchanges if needed, although I hope you love everything you purchase from HOOF & PAW! 

Please contact me at contacthoofandpaw@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Items need to be sent back within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. 

 Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Products must be in a re-saleable condition. 

The product(s) must be sent back in it's original packaging in order to protect the product. Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging can not be refunded. 

Please obtain proof of postage as HOOF & PAW can't be responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, we cannot refund postage costs.  

Once your return has arrived and it's condition approved I will send you a refund notification and credit your account with your original method of payment.  

Unfortuntely I cannot accept returns for personalised or custom orders. 

Damaged goods

Oh no! 

Please get in contact with me (Madeleine) at contacthoofandpaw@gmail.com with the subject 'Damaged goods' within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. 

Attach a photograph of the product and the damages. I will then be in contact with you so we can work out the best course of action for an exchange.
